SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipping Method

Our products are shipped via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. All shipment costs are based on the weight, dimension, and destination of the shipment. Our website automatically calculates shipping rates based on UPS rates.

 

Order Processing Times

Non-personalized orders take 1-3 business days to process.

Personalized orders take 3-5 business days to process.

Please note: these are only processing times, and do not include transit times (the actual time it takes to physically get the shipment to its destination). Aside from the established processing time, transit times vary depending on the destination of the shipment. Products are shipped from the warehouse in Southern California.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipment to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. If this type of address is used - the order may be canceled if we cannot get in touch with you for an alternate address.

RETURNS

Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-personalized items:

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We may require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before placing your order, please review each product page for any specific return policy details. Any spelling, punctuation, grammar &/or upper/lower case mistakes on personalization that are entered with the order, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee that we will proof the personalization prior to printing; and therefore, we will print the information exactly as it is entered in the personalization field on the order. If an order needs to be reprinted due to an error that was submitted to us incorrectly, a reprint fee will be applied.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact The Sweet Market

Email connect@thesweetmarket.com with the details of your order/return. We will issue a Return Authorization # (RA#). You will need to reference the RA# with your returned items.

  1. Find the Packing Slip

Locate the Packing Slip that was included with your order. Complete the Return section of the packing slip.

  1. Prepare the Package to be returned

Include the item to be returned, along with the packing slip. We may also require the receipt or proof of purchase. Use the original packaging or something similar.

  1. Attach a Shipping Label

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Ship your package to us

Take the package to a UPS location nearest to you. 

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ship your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned after 21 days from the receipt of original order.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@thesweetmarket.com and we will supply shipping instructions, and an Exchange Authorization #.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

The Sweet Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
